Master Sergeant Brandie Lane joined the West Point Band in 2010. She has won a Grammy Award, a Downbeat Award, and the Audio Engineering Society Award of Excellence. As an educator, she has taught lectures to the Civil and Mechanical Engineering Department at West Point, as well as the audio programs at New York University, the University of Miami, Howard University, Appalachian State University, and the University of Michigan.
